SHIPPING & OTHER POLICIES
We hand pour each of our candles to endure the most wonderful candles possible, your order will take 5 to 10 business days to process before shipping. If you would like candles ASAP we will be happy to fill your order with the products we have on our shelves. Please allow extra time during October through December & when we have our Super Sales.
BACK-ORDERS
Back-orders will ship out as soon as they are available unless no back orders are requested.
PAYMENT TERMS
Credit card payment is required on first orders. "Net 30" payment is available on accounts with established credit. We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.
CLAIMS
Breakage, shortage, or miss-filled orders must be reported within 5 days of the date received. Sorry no refunds for improper placement or display of candles. Fading or clouding caused by sun damage or candles exposed to extreme heat are not refundable.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 25% restock fee will be charged to orders which are shipped and not accepted.
